Getting Started
Registration
Click Register Now, select the category that matches
your entry, complete your athlete or team details, accept the
Terms & Conditions, and submit your payment. Once your registration
is successfully completed, CrossFit254 will send your confirmation
via email and SMS.
Yes. CrossFit254 supports team registration for categories marked
as team events. The team captain will complete the registration and
submit the required details for all team members. The registration
form will indicate the required team size and the information needed
for each athlete.
Yes. You can change your category before completing payment by
returning to the category selection step and choosing another
available category. All category changes are subject to eligibility
requirements and available spaces.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your selected
competition category is locked and cannot be changed through
the registration process.
Registration closes on the date indicated on the competition page.
However, registration may close earlier if a category reaches
capacity. We recommend completing your registration early to
secure your place.

Fees and Confirmation
Payment & Refunds
Registration is confirmed after the registration form has been
completed, full payment has been made, and the required Terms
have been accepted.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued
due to injury, illness, travel delays, visa issues, personal
reasons, or failure to attend.
Entry transfers may be allowed before the published deadline,
subject to organizer approval.
Divisions and Standards
Eligibility & Competition
Athletes must be at least 18 years old unless special approval
has been granted. Athletes must also register in the correct
division and meet the applicable division requirements.
The published divisions are Elite Men, Elite Women, Scaled Men,
Scaled Women, Masters Men (40+), Masters Women (40+), and Teams
made up of 2 Men and 2 Women.
Workouts, movement standards, and scoring will be announced
before competition.
Judges’ decisions are final. Official protests must be submitted
within the announced protest period.
Preparing to Compete
Check-in & Event Day
Athletes must present a valid ID or Passport, sign the liability
waiver, verify their competition division, receive their athlete
wristband, and attend the mandatory athlete briefing.
Failure to check in within the official time may result in
removal from the competition without a refund.
Yes. Athletes must report to their assigned heats on time.
The Event Director may adjust schedules or heats for safety
and operational reasons.
Yes. Altitude Games reserves the right to modify schedules,
workouts, or event formats due to weather, safety concerns,
emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
